Following experience with other applications (including Topdesk), we were asked to develop a proof-of-concept. In cooperation with our colleagues at Van Loenen we created a dynamic model that is easy to adapt to your own needs. An application in which all aspects of real estate information can be brought together simply and intelligently.
We were given a challenge: the user experience must be better than that of Topdesk. Based on a real Program of Requirements, we started the development process. The result is ready to be shown to real estate managers, policy advisors space development and so on.

1. Objects mapped, including all properties (dimensions, legal aspects, etc).
2. Users and contacts: all together and linked to the objects including their contracts and demarcations.
3. Structure documents by type, apply version control and meta-tags.
4. Collaboration with internal and external contacts is possible through the extensive authorization (roles and rights) options.
5. Set up workflows to further enhance collaboration: get automatic notification when a task is ready.
